'I spent a very pleasant afternoon last Friday in the college salon In Vogue. I was booked in to have my hair hi lighted and cut at 1:15pm. I was welcomed at the door by Jenny and Georgina who are in their second year of their level 2 qualification. During my visit they were very professional, chatty and confident whilst attending to my hair. They made me feel at ease (I have a bit of a phobia about having my hair done) and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I had time to unwind with my book over a cup of tea while my hair was being done. The whole experience lasted 3 hours but I came away with a lovely colour and hair cut.'
