Our strategic aims for 2008 – 2011 are to:

| 3 | Provide a comprehensive programme of Adult Education which develops skills and contributes to the success of the individual and local economy; |
| 4 | Ensure the College is seen as a responsive provider in Suffolk, delivering training and skills which contribute significantly to the success of the region's economy; |
| 5 | Deliver strategies that clearly underpin the aims; |
| 6 | Attract, develop and retain a high performing and effective workforce; |
| 7 | Deliver a strong and consistent financial performance in a well-resourced and safe environment. |
