Train to Gain Funded Training Opportunities
In Train to Gain the focus is on practical training that adds real value to your business. There is no requirement for your employees to attend classes as the NVQ assessor will visit your workplace. The assessor supports employees to develop knowledge, observe them carrying out their normal daily tasks and assist with building a portfolio of evidence. A wide range of support is available
Full funding is available for:
- First full Level 2 qualifications (equivalent to 5 GCSEs) and
- First Level 3 (equivalent to two A-levels) for 19-25 year olds
Part funding is available for:
- NVQs at level 2 where the employee already holds a full level 2 qualification
- NVQs at level 3 for those over 25 years of age
