Fitness, Dance and Yoga

These courses offer group based classes allowing you to participate at your own level in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All courses are suitable for both men and women and use a variety of approaches to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Where course titles do not specify beginners, intermediate or advanced, this means they cater for all levels of ability.

In Fitness and Yoga courses learners will be asked to complete a confidential Health and Learning Goals Questionnaire prior to the commencement of the course. This will give you the chance to raise any concerns or issues with the tutor and will enable them to monitor your progress. However, if you have any serious concerns about your health or have not exercised for some time, we recommend that you seek advice from your GP before enrolling.
