Adult Education Enrolment - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I apply online and how do I do this?

  • Make a note of the course code or enter keywords of the course you wish to apply for.
  • Click the Course Search button above, enter the code and then follow the instructions.
  • You will then receive an email acknowledgement and a request for your personal statement to be emailed to our admissions officer.

Can I obtain 5% discount on my Adult Education Enrolment if I already qualify for 60+ concessionary fee or means tested benefit concession?

  • The 5% discount only applies to online applications.
  • In order to obtain the 60+ concessionary fee you need to call 01284 716 333 and enrol by telephone, by post or in person at West Suffolk College or one of the Learning Centres
  • For means tested benefit concessionary fees you need to enrol in person at the College or one of the Learning Centres and bring along a letter or award notice confirming your entitlement.

Can I enrol online for all courses available at the College?

  • No, not all courses. Those which offer online enrolment are highlighted with an 'enrol' button, which will then take you through the process. The College is working on extending the online enrolment facility.

How can I change my details after I have registered online?

  • Once you have logged in, you can alter your details by clicking on 'request change' which is listed in the red band at the top of the screen.

Where is the car park entrance at West Suffolk College and is there a charge?
